Our Founder
Kareen Strickler, Ph.D., has over 20 years of experience collaborating with leaders to implement strategy, align cultures and enhance leadership capabilities. As both a consultant and executive-level business leader, Kareen has established a superb track record in leading organizational change to create alignment of strategic objectives, organization systems and leadership. She has helped guide National Quality Award Winners and has partnered with numerous multi-nationals as a preferred vendor for programs in leadership, communication and teamwork.
She partners with clients to develop practical solutions that improve leadership effectiveness and create organization congruence. As a result of her leadership, her clients have experienced practical business results such as an improvement in customer satisfaction by 26% and a reduction in employee turnover by 60%.
She has worked extensively with clients of all sizes in telecommunications, energy, hospitality, retail, and manufacturing. Among her clients are BP, Ericsson, Nortel, Halliburton, Johnson & Johnson, Pier 1 Imports, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Palm Harbor Homes and Texas Instruments.
